Purpose
The Finance Office administers accounting services for the organization including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, grant administration, reporting, cash and asset management, financial compliance, and internal controls. We make it a priority to maintain professional ethics, fiscal integrity, trust, and stewardship of the organization’s finances.

Budgets
The budget process starts in August and continues through early December. The annual budget is compiled by the Finance Director and presented to the NWCCOG Council by the Executive Director for approval. The budget builds a financial picture of how each of NWCCOG’s diverse programs play a vital role in the whole of our uniquely structured organization.
Member Dues
Member Dues are calculated based on Population and Assessed Value, and are approved annually in July. They are a crucial part of the organization’s funding and help provide many essential services to the region. You can read more about NWCCOG’s Dues Assessment Policy in the annual budget.

Audited Financial Statements
