Our Council

The NWCCOG Council is made up of the annually appointed representatives from each of the dues-paying member entities. Leadership and the Executive Committee is voted in from among those appointed representatives at each January NWCCOG Council meeting.

Roles and responsibilities of Council, Council leadership and the Executive Committee are outlined in the NWCCOG Bylaws. NWCCOG Council also acts as the Northwest Loan Fund board and the NWCCOG Foundation board. The Economic Development District board overlaps with the NWCCOG Council in addition to other interested entities and is defined by the EDD Bylaws. The annual NWCCOG Council Meeting Schedule notes which of the 7 meetings also are meetings for the EDD, NLF or Foundation boards.
