The availability of affordable workforce housing is essential to the resiliency and quality of life in all of NWCCOG’s communities. NWCCOG partnered with the Colorado Association of Ski Towns to produce the Regional Workforce Housing Report which was published January 2019. This report highlights the efforts in NWCCOG and CAST member jurisdictions actively working on workforce housing solutions. This report is not all-inclusive but intends to highlight innovative programs and tools in the workforce housing arena. We will periodically report on new projects, tools, and initiatives since this report was published.
